AND CAPSIZE SMALL CRAFT. THE TOWED DEVICES MAY BE COMPLETELY INVISIBLE AND INCLUDE LARGE CABLES AND OBJECTS ON OR JUST BELOW THE SURFACE, STREAMING UP TO 1,200 FEET BEHIND THE AIRCRAFT.
