Marine Safety Alert: Saltwater intrusion causes damage to electronic vehicle batteries

The Coast Guard has issued a Marine Safety Alert to inform vessels, ports, and shippers of the extreme risk of loading EVs with damaged Lithium-Ion onto commercial vessels.
