Policy Letter: Requirements for mechanically propelled personal Hydrofoils (efoils) and motorized surfboards (jetboards)

The Coast Guard Boating Safety Division has released BSX Policy Letter 01-22 announcing that efoils and jetboards are now classified as vessels by the Coast Guard.
