Proposed termination of Coast Guard medium frequency broadcast of Navigational Telex (NAVTEX) and shift to satellite

The Coast Guard is requesting public comments until Nov. 12, 2019, on its proposal to cease broadcasting Navigational Telex over Medium Frequency.
